‘Kelvin Lalich Builders is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Kelvin and Trish Lalich.
With a strong passion for building, they have founded their business, based in Morrinsville, with a reputation for quality and reliability. They have been bringing outstanding workmanship to the greater Waikato, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty and Canterbury, in both the Commercial and Residential Sectors for over 35 years.
Kelvin and the team have won several Awards at the "Master Builders House of The Year" for their very high standard of workmanship’.
Early in 2023 Kelvin and Trish made the difficult decision to start their retirement, which meant handing the reins over to three of their valued staff members. Dylan Comer, the longest serving Qualified Builder for over 20 years. Jim Keith, Quantity Surveyor and Business Manager, who has worked alongside Kelvin for 10 years and Vanessa Lalich, Office Manager and Daughter.
The Lalich motto is “look after them and they’ll look after you”, which is why valued staff members have been with them for many years.
Kelvin remains the Director of Kelvin Lalich Builders and has regular involvement with the team, giving his advice and support to ensure the business continues to the highest standards it has always held and has been extremely proud of.
Kelvin Lalich Builders work on all aspects of the building industry from
housing to commercial builds. In the last few years Kelvin Lalich Builders have been working closely with the Ministry of Education, Property Developers and other Government Agencies.
Kelvin Lalich Builders Head Office is situated in Morrinsville and the Southern
Regional Office is based in Christchurch.
