Steven Painter, Gerry Schumacher, and Tony Lafferty opened the Hawke’s Bay franchise in 2022 to meet the increasing demand for unique and exceptional builds in this popular region. Steven and Gerry also co-own the multi award winning Landmark Homes Taupō franchise, while Tony has stepped into co-ownership from his role as Landmark Homes Taupo’s award-winning Construction Manager. The highly accomplished trio combine a wealth of knowledge and experience within the building industry of over 40 years and a long track record of working together and delivering outstanding results. Unlike bigger cities that are experiencing a shortage of available land, Hawke’s Bay has plenty of room for growth with several large subdivisions under development.
