As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year of growth, milestones, and incredible support. Here are some key highlights that defined our journey.

New Design & Installation Guides

A major highlight was the release of our Design Guide—a comprehensive resource for architects, builders, and clients. Shortly after, we launched the Installation Guide for builders, further simplifying the process of working with Formance SIPs. These guides have received positive feedback, improving efficiency and confidence across our projects. The Design Guide especially has been a standout document, covered by CodeMark for building code compliance, and pre-engineered for buildings up to 300m2 it raised the bar on SIP design in New Zealand. 

Strengthening Our Team

Our team grew stronger in both capability and collaboration. New faces brought fresh perspectives, while existing team members continued to lead with consistency. Together, we’ve embraced challenges and achieved remarkable results.

Supplier Support

Our suppliers have been vital to our success this year. Their reliability and shared vision enabled us to tackle bigger projects and maintain steady growth. We’re incredibly grateful for their ongoing support and partnership.

Productivity Gains in the Factory

To meet growing demand, we’ve made significant productivity improvements in our factory. By refining processes and adopting new tools, we’ve increased capacity while maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
